- Smaller Home screen app menus on iPadOS and iOS
- New ‘Rearrange Apps’ option when long-pressing on apps on iOS and iPadOS
- Long press browser tab to open context menu
- Split View active window indicator
- Redesigned action buttons on iPadOS 13 keyboard
- Full page screenshots outside of Safari
- Quick Action shortcuts for Safari, Mail, etc. work on iPadOS
- New opacity option for iOS 13 markup toolset
- Mouse cursor on iPadOS 13 beta 3 can be configured to be smaller
- Battery glyph for AirPods 2nd-gen now has LED on front of the case
- Toggle Noise Cancellation for Beats Studio 3 via Control Center
- Search boxes are black (bug?)
- Quick Actions – There’s a refreshed look for Quick Actions on the Home screen

How to Install iOS 13 Beta 4 Developer Preview Profile
This version is intended exclusively for software developers to test their apps and start adopting the new technologies in iOS. Make sure to back up your device and install only on systems you are prepared to erase if necessary.
Here are the Steps what you need to do:
- First, as always, BACK UP your iDevice use iTunes or iCloud to fully back up your device.
- If you’re currently on the public beta, uninstall the public beta profile by going to Settings > General > Profile, then open the public beta profile and tap “Remove Profile”
- On your iPhone or iPad, go to this page Beta Profiles
- Scroll down to “iOS 13 Download” and tap the “Download” button
- After your device reboots, go to Settings > General > Software Update and install iOS 13 beta 4
