As we know every year apple Discontinues their products from the software updates lineup because their hardware configuration is not supported for the required update as we know this year 2018 apple discontinued iPhone 5 for its ios 12 updates and as we know this time in 2019 Apple will stop software updates for iPhone 5s in ios 13 lineups.
so probably the iPhone 6 will be the first phone who will be able to install iOS 13, and further so on iDevice by apple.
