Apple iDevice DFU Problem Fixed in iOS 11 Beta 3
Apple also recently released a special ‘Update 1’ to iOS 11 beta for some devices to resolve a DFU restore issue. Today’s release is available to all users, so it seems like the DFU Problem Fixed in iOS 11 Beta 3.
Whilst iOS 11 beta 3 does not have any groundbreaking changes, there are a handful of enhancements and tweaks — along with the usual performance and stability improvements

If you have recently updated to iOS 11 and after realizing how buggy it is and attempted to downgraded back to iOS 10.3.2 through iTunes on MacBook Pro. now you see that your iPhone is bricked or stuck in DFU/restore mode. It will not reset to factory settings or reset with iTunes.
